CANCELLATION & EXCHANGES
As all items are made to order and many of them are personalized, we are unable to offer refunds on any purchases made. If a customer receives the wrong order we will only remake the order at no charge.
By making a purchase with us, you agree to this no refund policy. Once an order is placed and payment is received, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. This policy applies to all products offered by our company.
We understand that there may be cases where you might request a refund due to extenuating circumstances. In such cases, the you should contact support@handcraftedetc.com and provide a photo showing the issue where possible.
Satisfaction with our products is of utmost importance, and we will do our best to address any issues and find a suitable solution for all parties involved.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
This is a very rare occurrence. We make every effort to accurately represent all designs and products, though some listings make use of life-like renderings instead of photos to show how the item will look.
It's possible you may have an item that is showing a defect, please take a few photos and send them to our support team for review, along with your order ID.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Personalized goods and jewelry are exempt from the 14-day cooling off period.
